Important to know

The organizer, Andalusie Buggy Tours, conducts guided buggy tours on pre-determined routes.

II.

The participant, the reader of this document, takes part in a guided buggy tour and uses a buggy and associated equipment under the following conditions.

Organizer Obligations

The organizer commits to:

• providing a buggy in good maintenance and operational condition;
  • supplying necessary accessories (dust goggles and helmet);
  • giving clear safety instructions and guidance;
  • ensuring that the vehicles are insured and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Participant Obligations

The participant agrees to:

• use the buggy only during the guided tour and on the designated route;
• handle the buggy and equipment with care;
• not allow unauthorized persons to drive the buggy;
• strictly follow the guide’s instructions;
• obey traffic rules during the ride;
• not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• wear the seatbelt for the entire ride;
• wear closed shoes while driving;
• possess a valid type B driving license;
• meet the minimum age and height requirements (26 years and at least 1.20 m);
• avoid reckless driving and not damage nature or the environment;
• report any damage or malfunctions immediately to the guide.

Insurance and Liability

The organizer provides insurance covering risks arising from normal use of the buggy during the tour.
In case of damage or an accident, the driver is liable up to a deductible of €2,500.
Damage caused by negligent, reckless, or improper use may be fully charged to the participant.

Deposit

To confirm participation and as a guarantee for proper use, a deposit of €300 may be required. The deposit will be refunded after the tour, provided no damage, violations, or negligence have been recorded.

Maintenance and Repairs

Regular maintenance is the responsibility of the organizer.
Repairs resulting from incorrect or negligent use are the responsibility of the participant.

Safety & Use Conditions

• Wearing the seatbelt is mandatory.
• Helmet and dust goggles are recommended for extra protection.
• The guide may stop the ride in case of unsafe or irresponsible behavior.
• Participation in the tour is at your own risk.
• Not recommended for pregnant women or persons with health risks.
• Personal belongings remain the participant’s responsibility.

Cancellation & No-Show

• Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
• Cancellations within 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Weather Conditions

The safety of our guests is always our priority.
In case of adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, storms, or other unsafe situations, we reserve the right to reschedule the tour.

• A new date will be arranged in consultation.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the booking will be canceled free of charge.

Late Arrival

We depart on time to ensure the best experience.

• Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes before the start.
• Late arrivals without prior consultation may be denied participation.
• No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Respect for Nature and Environment

Participants agree to treat nature, the environment, and equipment with respect and not cause damage to the landscape or property.

Final Clause

By participating in the buggy tour, the participant acknowledges having read this agreement and agrees to all terms and conditions.
